01 / WHAT WE DO
We help position your machine, find potential buyers, handle inquiries, and coordinate the sale. You keep ownership until closing.
Discuss an Equipment SaleTell us the machine, budget, and timeline. We search listed equipment and approach owners directly to look for the right fit.
Tell Us What You NeedPlanning a shop, barn, or equipment-storage building? Tell us your location, intended use, approximate size, and timeline. Cowboy is developing relationships with building companies to help customers explore suitable options.
Cowboy is not the builder. Design, engineering, permitting responsibilities, construction, and warranties are addressed in the building company's agreement with you.
Discuss a Building ProjectConstruction equipment, agricultural machinery, CNC and production equipment, specialty machinery, and multi-machine packages.
02 / HOW WE WORK
We actively look for buyers, communicate directly, and help organize the information needed to move a sale forward. You work directly with Jessen throughout the engagement.
Share the machine, location, condition, and your selling timeline.
We review market positioning and buyer demand, then agree on the scope, pricing approach, and brokerage fee in writing.
Cowboy markets the equipment, follows up with prospects, and helps coordinate information, independent inspections, and negotiations.
Buyer and seller complete the sale under their purchase agreement. Cowboy's fee is paid through the agreed closing process.
Clear information matters. We encourage seller disclosures, available maintenance records, appropriate ownership and lien checks, and independent pre-purchase inspections. Cowboy does not take title to represented equipment or provide mechanical certification or warranties.
03 / CLEAR TERMS
Your fee is agreed in writing before we begin representation. For a completed sale, Cowboy is paid through the agreed closing process. Pricing for high-value equipment and multi-machine engagements may vary.
The representation agreement governs when a fee is earned and payable, including any applicable cancellation or circumvention provisions.
